What is the difference between a Telkom Internet AllAccess plan and a do bundle?
A Telkom Internet AllAccess plan is your ISP account, to access the internet you will also need an access medium such as an ADSL line. A do bundle is a complete internet access package which includes your Telkom Internet ISP account (AllAccess) and an ADSL line subscription, these bundles are offered at a discounted rate compared to purchasing the ISP account and ADSL line separately.
How do I reset my Telkom Internet account password?
If you know the password and would like to change your current password to a password which is user specified, follow the instructions below; otherwise contact 10210 to reset your password
Double Left click on your Browser
In the Username field type in your complete Username
In the Password field type in your existing ADSL Password
Select Submit
- Select the Change tickbox to indicate what Password you would like to change
- Enter the New Password
- Confirm the New Password
- Select Submit

What is a monthly data usage limit?
Your monthly data usage limit (cap) is the amount of free data included in your internet plan, once you have used that data, you will need to top-up, this can be done with your credit card via our data top-up or you can set your monthly limit in excess of the supplied data and you will then be billed monthly through your Telkom internet bill for the amount you exceeded.
What is Cap Management?
Cap Management is a service that allows you to set your own cap, over and above, the current data cap that you are currently on.
Once your data bundle data cap is used up, you do not get capped, but rather switch on to a pay as you use service until you reach your out of bundle cap that you have set it to.

What is the maximum amount that I can set the Cap Management feature to?
The current maximum amount on the Cap management feature is 30 Gigabytes. Other increments available are 10 and 20 Gigabytes.
How do I apply / register for Cap Management?
To register for the service, simply go to ADSL usage tracker website on https://secure.telkomsa.net/titracker/ and login with you Telkom Internet username and password
Then click on Cap management on the menu on the left.
Click "Register" and click "Yes" to confirm
You will be prompted for your Cell number, once filled in click "Submit"
Thereafter, you will be contacted by a Customer Service Representative to activate your service
